Bubble Tea
Our latest daily craving is Bubble Tea! We've been seeking it out in the last couple of cities, and, to our luck it is available almost everywhere here in Singapore! I love the Coffee/Cappuccino flavor while Lee favors the Iced Lemon Tea flavor. We've seen it several different ways: some are slushy form, while others are hot tea over ice. But all come with marble-sized chewy black jellies at the bottom, which you slurp up with an over sized straw. I know what you're thinking: jellies in tea?!?...but trust me, it is good, especially in this humid weather.
One lady described the jellies as little tadpoles, but that's definitely NOT how we like to think about it.

Pastries/Bakeries
The other thing we eat almost daily is pastries. Not just sweet, but savory, stuffed pastries. They're a meal by themselves, often filled with chicken curry, beef rendang, ham and cheese and artfully carved hot dogs. We think the hot dog pastries are nasty, but they're everywhere, so
